In 2005 at the height of the refi boom, Pathway Financial was born as a boutique Mortgage Broker. In a short period of time, Pathway become one of the leading mortgage brokerages in the Chicagoland area and built a name that was synonomous with customer service. Shortly after the Real Estate market crashed, Pathway saw the opportunity that was being presented to business minded individuals with entrepreneurial spirits, and decided to shift directions. Pathway wanted to take on the daunting task of finding a way to leverage their existing banking relationships and knowledge of the finance industry to create a solution to help fund the small businesses that banks were turning away. At that time, Pathway re-emerged into the finance space with a new vision.
Since then, Pathway has grown to a nationwide company that specializes in helping all small business owners succeed. However, our passion is still helping start up companies and real estate investors receive the funding they need to grow their businesses.
OUR VISION
At Pathway Financial we believe that small businesses are the life blood of the US economy. We also understand that in order for small businesses to succeed, they require seed money and ongoing capital to keep their heads above water. Not everyone has the luxury of access to venture capital or angel investors. And the days of asking your local bank for a small business loan are behind us. This is where we step in. We take the guess work out of raising capital for small businesses. Seeing business owners receive the capital they need in order to succeed in these tough economic times is not only our goal, but our passion.
